Here is a short summary of the conference organized by the Hungarian Network Operation Group.
The first Hungarian NOG (Network Operation Group) conference, HUNOG, was held between 10-12 October 2023. The event was held with the professional support of HunCERT which is operated by DNS4EU partner HUN-REN SZTAKI. The event also marked the 20th anniversary of the launch of HunCERT, Hungary's leading cybersecurity emergency response team.
On the second day, Ernő Rigó (HUN-REN SZTAKI) gave a presentation about the DNS4EU project focusing on its goals and the components of the end solution (Threat Intelligence, DNS for Telcos, DNS for Governments, DNS for end-users). Adam Wright and Adam Merka from Whalebone, the project consortium leader, were also present at the event, seeking further opportunities for cooperation. The conference was a great success in spreading the message about the DNS4EU project.
